These terms govern ordering, payment and delivery of accommodation services and offers published on www.pino-hotel.com. The buyer is any person who orders electronically, provides required data and pays by card via Monri WebPay.
Ordering
Services are ordered via the online form on the offer page. An order is received when the buyer chooses card payment and confirms the order. All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Payment
Services are paid online with Mastercard®, Maestro® or Visa cards via Monri WebPay Payment Gateway. All payments are processed in EUR. The amount charged to your card may be converted to your local currency at your card issuer's exchange rate.
Credit card purchase security statement
The confidentiality of your data is protected using the latest TLS encryption. Online payment pages are secured using the SSL protocol. Monri Payments is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by the merchant. This webshop uses the 3D Secure protocol for additional authentication.
Service delivery
Accommodation is provided at the hotel after reservation confirmation by reception. After successful online payment you will receive e-mail confirmation. Final settlement and check-in are completed at reception according to the specific offer terms.
Complaints and cancellation
For complaints contact us by e-mail or phone. Refunds and cancellations are described in our Refund policy. Cancellation requests may be sent in writing to info@pino-hotel.com.
Data protection
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy policy. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of entered data.
